Bushcraft Pioneer Course

The Pioneer course builds upon the previous course and raises the challenge. Students are encouraged to establish an expedition style camp while the skills of Fire, food, shelter, and water are explored in more depth and built upon. Skills taught on this course will include:

• Advanced fore construction,
• Fire by friction (bowdrill)
• Advanced wilderness shelter, (all students must sleep out in these shelters for the duration of the course),
• Traps and trapping,
• Backwoods bedding,
• Advanced crafts,
• Backwoods Fishing methods,
• Advanced foraging and game prep,
• As well as other more advanced Bushcraft techniques.

This course is designed to foster an independent wilderness spirit and push the student to new levels of excellence in skills and knowledge. This course will with the correct application from the student prepare them to take on our Survivor course.
