Bushcraft Taster Session

Join Paul from Northern Ireland Bushcraft and Survival School as he takes you on a foraging walk along the lough Neagh shoreline and into the beautiful Raes wood.

Paul will introduce you to some of the seasonal plants and the trees and discuss some of their uses for food, medicine or tools.

Learn aspects of minimal equipment camp craft that allows a more in touch experience while outside.

Discover how our ancestor created fire and have a go yourself using spark based systems.

Try your hand at spoon carving using minimal tools and then get the chance to use what you have made as you enjoy some traditional lough neagh fare cooked over the fire.

This taster course is the perfect introduction for those wanting to try Bushcraft, so why not join us around the campfire and have some fun!
